The pharmacy dates from the 19th century, when it was managed by Dr. Jole Campioni. Since 1953 it has been located on the ground floor of Palazzo Ammannati. In its new site, the original furnishings in Neo-Gothic style have been conserved, although partially readapted. Particularly interesting are the white wood shelves and cabinets with black glass fronts, where the history of the medicinals once contained in them can still be traced through the names written in gold letters.
