This sheet publicizes the decision to suspend Copernicus' work reached by the Congregation of the Index after Galileo's so-called "first trial". The Tribunal of the Inquisition began proceedings in 1615 after Galileo was reported by Dominican friar Tommaso Caccini for his Copernican beliefs.
