This manuscript is composed of three different notebooks totaling 128 leaves. The first two notebooks relate to Leonardo's intense studies of Euclidean geometry under Luca Pacioli. The third notebook presents a miscellaneous series of anatomical studies, water channels, as well as architectural studies probably commissioned from Leonardo by Charles D'Amboise, governor of Milan.
