This terracotta model, commissioned by Giuseppe Galletti, shows an advanced stage of labor with the fetus in shoulder presentation or transverse presentation. The back faces the anterior part of the uterus and the head is in the right half. This teaching model was commissioned by Giuseppe Galletti.
