Closing ceremony of the exhibition ''Leonardo the Inventor'' in China

Description:	The closing ceremony of the "Leonardo the Inventor" exhibition was held in Wuhan (China) on January 20, 2007. The exhibition, opened on November 18, 2006, met with great success and was visited by over 160,000 people during its two-month opening. The ceremony took place in the presence of delegates from Chinese local government, Italian Ministries of Education and University and Research, and the IMSS. The director of the Italian Institute of Culture in Beijing attended the event. A Chinese art historian gave a lecture about "Leonardo as an Artist", while Filippo Camerota - Deputy Vice Director and Collection Manager of the IMSS - spoke about Leonardo's work in the fields of science and technology.
