In 2008, the second issue of "Automata. Journal of Nature, Science and Technics in the Ancient World" was released. This journal is published under the auspices of the Institute and Museum for the History of Science of Florence, the Soprintendenza Archeologica of Pompeii and the Max-Planck-Institute for the History of Science of Berlin. "Automata" is the first international journal devoted entirely to the history of science and technology in antiquity and is published once a year. |
