Bonifacio Caetani
Bonifacio Caetani, son of Onorato Caetani and Agnese Colonna, was born in Rome in 1567. Having undertaken an ecclesiastical career, he was first made bishop of Cassano by Clement VII, and then was promoted by Paul V to the governorship of Romagna. Subsequently, on September 11, 1606, he was made a cardinal with the title of S. Prudenziana. Lastly, he was appointed archbishop of Taranto. He died in Rome on June 29, 1617.
