Codex Atlanticus, 364 r. - Folio with geometric studies and draft of a letter written by a pupil on behalf of Leonardo dated July 5, 1507 and addressed to "My dear beloved mother". In the letter can be read: "To remind you of what you have to do with a sword that I left you, bring it in the Piazza delli Istrozzi to Maso delle Viole; be sure to give it to him, because it is very important."

Codex Atlanticus, 382 r. - Folio with a description of the "Way of strengthening a bundle of reeds" and, at lower left, "Way of draining the Padule di Piombino", c. 1504.

Codex Atlanticus, 387 r. - Folio with optical sketches and a text on the history of painting in which Leonardo mentions Giotto, Cimabue and Masaccio, c. 1490.

Codex Atlanticus, 576b-v. - Folio with studies on water headed, "Why the Spagna current is always stronger to the west than to the east", in which he also mentions "Arno and Tevere", c. 1492.

Codex Atlanticus, 611a-r. - Long list of books, persons and things to be remembered and to be done, including "Ask Benedetto Portinari in what way they run about on the ice in Flanders", c. 1490.

Codex Atlanticus, 673r. - Recollection of the "Lions' room in Florence", on a folio dated "June 24, 1518 at Amboise".

Codex Atlanticus, 864r. - An eye resembling that of the Mona Lisa and a study for the Medicean quarter in Florence: "balls (Palazzo Medici), (San) Giovannino", c. 1515.

Codex Atlanticus, 865 r. - Design studies and sketches of Medicean architecture in Florence: "San Marco – (Palace of) Cosimo – (San) Giovannino", c. 1515. The plan for the new Medici Palace can also be distinguished, where Palazzo Panciatichi stands today, while the church of San Giovannino was to be demolished and rebuilt to leave space for enlarging the plaza in front of San Lorenzo.

Codex Atlanticus, 878v. - "[Uncle] Francesco d'Antonio in Florence and companions at Bacchereto owe M ccc iiij Florins (1304)", c. 1478.

Codex Atlanticus, 887r. - "In the city of the Florentines... endowed with such beautiful and great works in bronze, among them the doors of their Baptistery" and "Piacenza is a land of passage like Florence", c. 1495.
