"del Rosso" Mill
One of the few historical mills still in activity in the province of Prato, and dating to the 14th century, it was perhaps the public mill of the community of Cantagallo, which later passed to the Bardi family. On the impressive and powerful buttressed terracing that rears over it, stands a small eighteenth-century chapel and a medieval tower. Also noteworthy, and in good repair, is the water system that powers it, with a millpond and the ample tailrace from the mill.
