Museo Storico Etnografico di Bruscoli [Bruscoli Historic Ethnographic Museum]
The Museum illustrates some aspects peculiar to the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Its displays include archaeological remains found near the ruins of the medieval castle of the Counts of Alberti and along an ancient road, probably dating from Roman times, that crossed the Apennines in the vicinity of the Futa Pass. The usages and customs of peasant civilisation are also described through replicas of agricultural settings and craftsmen's workshops. The museum's itinerary concludes with a display of war materials remaining from World War II, relating to the fortified line of defence line known as the "Linea Gotica" [Gothic Line].
