Since the academic year 1999/2000 united with the Petrarch secondary school to form the comprehensive "Petrarca-Magiotti" Institute, the Magiotti intermediate school, formerly the seat of a technical school inaugurated in 1890, possesses a cabinet containing objects dating from the late 19th and early 20th century. Among these is a Dall'Eco centrifuge device, a container for histologic specimens, several density meters and accessories for electrology.
