Surrounded by a vast garden, the elegant eighteenth-century villa today houses a hostel that has been completely renovated and remodelled. The villa takes its name from the previous owner, famous Arezzo mathematician Francesco Severi (1879-1961) whose constant work produced important results mainly in the fields of enumerative geometry and algebraic geometry.
