RLW 12279. - Preparatory study for deviating the Arno through Prato, Pistola and Serravalle with a canal from Florence to Vicopisano, c. 1503. Based on Baratta's transcription, 18 place names are found: "Calenzano, Canpi, Montiliveto, Settimo, Signa, Malmantile, Poggio, Tizana, Ciecina, Montecatini, Montelupo, Fuciechio, Pesscia, Monsomano, Basilica, Santa Croce, Arno, and Castel[fran]co". Among the observations to be made, the totally erroneous position of Monsummano in the vicinity of Pescia and Villa Basilica is curious.

Ms. L, 31r-30v (inverted). - Project for governing the waters of Arno: "To remedy the percussion of the Arno at Rusciano and turn it in a gentle bend at Ricorboli and make such a wide riverbank that the fall of its steep bank is above the latter ", along with a reference to the Marzocco (the lion symbol of Florence) and to the feast day of St. John the Baptist, c. 1502.

Ms. L, 33v-34r. - Memorandum: "Campaign of Siena, that is, the mode in which it moved and site of its battle", c. 1502.

Ms. L, 77r-76v (inverted). - Coastline of "Populonia" and "Santo Leonardo" with memorandum on the "grapes brought to Cesena", c. 1502.

RLW 12676. - Studies for the lake of San Lorenzo in Arniano with annotations: "Lecceto pays 16 staiora of grain / Minerbetti [twice] / Commune [twice] / Giovanni Fabre / Lazzero del Volpe / Ser Piero. Each dotted line represents 10 bracci", c. 1504.

RLW 12678. - Studies on the course of the Arno downstream of Florence, between "Sardigna" and Peretola, c. 1503. Transcription: "1000 / Sardigna / Porta al Prato / f. Mugnone / Ponte alle Mosse / f. Rifredi / N / M / House of Ser Amanzo / Peretola / S. Island 1600 bracci long and 700 wide, and the water that separates it from Legnaia is 2300 bracci long. Here the width of the sandbank with the 2 widths of the Arno's branches is 1300 bracci. The island M staiora 825, which at 10 florins per staio equals 8250 florins, and the same can be said of island N. From S to the Pesscaia d'Ogni Santi 5000 bracci, that is, a mile and 2/3. If 3 small channels were made, extending from S to the lower bend of the Arno, the river would run so fast that it would abandon ...".
